1. By uploading images or posting comment to dontbeatosser.com you are agreeing to allow us to display the content. You can always request the content be removed by emailing us.
2. Visitors of dontbeatosser.com are not permitted to use the site for harvesting e-mail addresses or links to Facebook profiles. Wherever possible we've taken steps to limiting this type of activity by doing things like not displaying email addresses on the site.
3. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate without notice.
4. We may occasionally contact you via email or through Facebook after you've participated in the site. We do this primarily to connect with you about your use of dontbeatosser.com. For example, if you've got a really great Tosser outed we might poke you on Facebook to say "thanks". We will never spam you.
5. To make things easier for you we've built this site with a login system that's tied to Facebook. It's called Facebook Connect and it has its own terms and conditions but let us sum them up:
- With your consent dontbeatosser.com will post your tossers and comments to your feed in Facebook
- Dontbeatosser.com will be able to fetch your name and profile picture from Facebook as well as your friends list and privacy settings. We only store your name and profile picture, and we don't scour your friends list either.
- Dontbeatosser.com is able to read the cookies Facebook leaves behind. We use this so you don't have to click "login" every time you use the site for posting comments and pictures.
